These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the sale of products on the royalgreendistribution.cz website to professional customers (B2B) located within the European Union. Purchasing products implies unconditional acceptance of the following terms.

All prices listed on the site are expressed in Euros (€) and Czech Crowns (CZK) and are exclusive of taxes, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery charges and any other additional costs are specified separately during the purchase process.
4. Orders
Orders must be placed via email at info@royalgreendistribution.cz. Upon order confirmation, the customer will receive a summary email with product and payment details. Royal Green Distribution reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, such as product unavailability or payment issues.
5. Payments
Payment is required upon order confirmation. We accept payments by bank transfer or other methods specified on the website. The professional customer must pay according to the agreed terms. In case of delayed payment, Royal Green Distribution reserves the right to suspend or cancel deliveries.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made throughout the European Union. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected transport method. Royal Green Distribution, cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or circumstances beyond its control.
7. Returns and Claims
Products cannot be returned unless there is a defect or delivery error. Any claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving the goods, including a detailed description of the issue. In the event of a recognized defect, Royal Green Distribution commits to replacing the product or refunding the amount paid.
8. Warranties
All products provided by Royal Green Distribution comply with current regulations and are intended for professional use. We do not offer any warranty for uses other than those specified.
9. Liability
Royal Green Distribution’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of our products.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Royal Green Distribution’s registered office is located.
